Mounds View City Council August 8, 1988 <br />Regular Meeting Page Three <br />• Clerk/Administrator P_uley explained Staff would bring <br />back an agreement, a counter-offer or a recommendation <br />to condemn, which the Council would then act on. <br />Mike Hurley, representative for Mr. Julian Johnson, <br />owner of the property, stated Mr. Johnson would be <br />interested in negotiating for the necessary strip of <br />land, rather than the entire parcel. <br />Mayor Linke replied that Mr. Johnson could counter- <br />offor. <br />Mr. Hurley inquired as to the status of the building <br />permit. <br />Attorney Meyers explained the Council had denied the <br />extension oZ the building permit, so in essence there <br />is no building permit there now. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley reviewed his memo of August <br />8. Consideration <br />1 concerning the joint cooperation agreement on the <br />of Joint <br />community development program with Ramsey County.
