He <br />stated they mu.t adopt a policy, then Staff must develop <br />a plan for placement and program for installation over <br />a period of time. He added that lights <br />sware nhaveow othem <br />ing <br />up by petition, and a change in policy <br />placed at predetermined locations throughout the City. <br />Councilmember Hanker stated with more requesed onthi.sts onow9 <br />in all the time, Staff should 9 <br />et <br />clerk/Administrator Pauley stated he had told Mr. <br />Minetor to get the current policy updated. It was ' <br />agreed the issue would be discussed further at <br />a future agenda session. <br />Tim Nelson, of Everest Development, presented site 21. Consideration <br />of Resolution <br />plans for Building F and reviewed the minor changes No. 2376 <br />they're reluesting from the PUD. He explained escava- <br />tior. work would be doubled up, to be completed for <br />this building within the ne::t two weeks. <br />City Planner Herman clarified that dirt <br />to hwill <br />elpibeitaken <br />from the pile along County <br />going down. <br />Motioving an amendment Hankner/Blanchard to approve �esolu- <br />tion-- '0 2376, apprt to Development <br />Agreement No. 87-81 with Mounds View Business Pack, <br />and waive the reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />fir.
