RESOLUTION NO. 2378 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MASTER LABOR AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />THE METROPOLITAN AREA MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION AND I.U.O.E. <br />LOCAL NO. 49 FOR THE PERIOD JANUARY 1, 1988 THROUGH <br />DECEMBER 31, 1989 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View is a member of the <br />Metropolitan Area Management Association; and <br />WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Area Management Association <br />has been negotiating with I.U.O.E. Local No. 49 for the <br />settlement of wage and benefit issues for calendar years <br />1988 and 1989 on behalf of the City of Mounds View and <br />•carious other Metropolitan Area cities; and <br />WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Area Management Association <br />and I.U.O.E. Local No. 49, AFL-CIO, has reached a mediated <br />settlement• of these issues. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council <br />of the City of Mounds View hereby ratifies and approves the <br />Master Labor Agreement between. the Metropolitan Area <br />Management Association and I.U.O.E. Local No. 49, AFL/CIO, <br />which contains the following conditions: <br />1. The following wage schedule shall be in effect <br />for 1988: <br />Maintenance I - $ 9.03 per hour <br />Maintenance II - $12.28 per hour <br />Maintenance III - $12.79 per hour <br />A lump sum cash payment shall also be made to <br />Maintenance II and Maintenance III classified <br />personnel equal to 2 percent of the base pay rate <br />for normally scheduled work hours (excluding all <br />overtime hours) to ba made in two installments on <br />or after the City has approved the contract and <br />on or about December 15, 1988. <br />2. The following wage schedule shall be in effect <br />for 1989: <br />Maintenance <br />I - <br />$ 9.16 <br />per <br />hour <br />Maintenance <br />II - <br />$12.46 <br />per <br />hour <br />Maintenance <br />III - <br />$12.98 <br />per <br />hour <br />k <br />
