Call to Order The pledge of allegiance was said. MEMBERS PRESENT- Councilmembers ;7uori, Blanchard, Hankner and Mayor Linke. Clerk/Administrator Pauley explained that is done . a County level. They have not been printed yet .. he does not know their schedule. The City does, however, have the applications for absentee ballots. Mayor Linke closed the regula_ meeting and opened the first public hearing at 7:06 PM. City Planner Herman reviewed the request of the applicant to construct an oversized garage. She explained the Council had passed two ordinances this past :,ummer to allow garages greater than 864 s.f. with a conditional use permit. She presented an overhead map, showing the location of the lot within the City, as well as the proposal for placement of the garage on the lot. City Planner Herman reviewed the conditions that would be part of the permit, as well as all subsequent permits for similar oversized garages.
