Ms. Weisman asked what the coaparison was with the Type 2 and 7 wetlands between the Corps of Engineers and City's boundaries. Mr. Koppe explained they are different, and both bodies do approach it differently. He stated they are attempting to keep out of the City's boundary with the exception of the .7 acre. Ms. Weisman asked what the advantage of a PUD would be versus the alternatives.
