Public Hearing: <br />the public hearing at 7:05 PM. Certification <br />of Delinquent <br />Finance Director Brager explained the utility bills Utility Bills <br />® being proposed are all six months or more delinquent, <br />and have received seven notices requesting paymeat, <br />but have not responded. He explained the proposed <br />resolution would allow the City to direct Ramsey <br />County to certify these bills with the property taxes <br />on the properties, to be payable and collected .in <br />e <br />
