L <br />L1 <br />- <br />In <br />L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2402 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of <br />the City Council of the City of Mounds View, Minnesota, was <br />held at the City Hall, on the day of <br />with the following members present: <br />and the following members absent: <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION SETTING WATER RATES EFFECTIVE JANUARY 11 1989 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View is authorized to <br />establish water rates; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is <br />necessary that the City adjust its water rates; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, Minnesota as follows: <br />1. Effective January 1, 1989, the water rate will be <br />$0.85 per 1,000 gallons. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a review of the water rates <br />to determine their adequacy will be conducted annually. <br />The motion for adoption of the above resolution wasesly <br />s <br />seconded by member and upon a vote being taken, y <br />Nays, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted <br />thir, day of 1989. <br />ATTEST: <br />Mayor <br />(SEAL) <br />tor <br />
