OVDS Vlcl'✓ <br />RE: Building "G" <br />Mounds View Business Park <br />Dear Jim; <br />In follow-up to our conversation on ll/1/88 regarding Building "C", I want to <br />address a couple issues; First, my appreciation for yc;.r assistange in coming <br />UP with a workable solution for TransHealth/Owen .Minor's logistical problem. <br />Attached is a copy of the Lease Termination for your files. secondly, le outline the steps we discussed and will be implementito <br />ng es ready the building <br />for a conditional occupancy on December 1, 1988. <br />Following are the occupancy items we discussed: <br />1.) Fire Protection System It is understood that the fire sprinkler system <br />Mall <br />shabe complete 20' beyond the proposed storage area. The tenant will <br />initially need 30,000 SF for operation, attached is a floor plan showing <br />the proposed area. The system will also be monitored by ADT on December <br />1, 1988. <br />2.) Fire Watchman TransHealth will be employing a security service to monitor <br />The building during off hours, thus having 24 hour coverege. <br />3.) Se_ potation Barrier Everett will be installing snow fence as outllned on <br />the attached floor flan to separate the "operation areas" from the construction <br />areas. It is my understanding that they wail have approximately eight <br />people working during the day.
