Mounds View City Council <br />Regular Meeting <br />------------------------ <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley asked the Council to set <br />a meeting of the canvassing board for November 9. <br />Motion Second: Linke/Blanchard to set a meeting <br />of t e canvassing board for 6 PM on November 9. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley requested Council approval <br />of pay request 11 for Project 88-8. <br />Mayor Linke pointed out the overlay was not matched <br />well at the shoulders in some spots and could cause <br />problems in the future. <br />Public works Director Minetor asked for a list of <br />specific locations, which he would check into. <br />Mayor Linke replied one location was Jackson and <br />Terrace, and he would have to check on other <br />locations. <br />Motion/Second: Hankner/Quick to approve Pay <br />Request #1 for City Project 88•-8, to Alexander <br />Construction in the amount of $166,081.57, to come <br />from the general fund. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Mayor Linke adjourned the i <br />October 24, 1988 <br />Page Ten <br />17.
