She went over the five conditions that of Resolution <br />had been added to the end of the resolution and No. 2410, Wet - <br />suggested the Council might want to add a sixth, land Alteration <br />that information would have to be submitted and Permit, Wetland <br />reevaluated when the northwest corner of the pro- I-24 <br />perty is to be developed. She added the City <br />Attorney has reviewed the resolution and has no <br />problems with it. <br />Councilmember Hankner asked if the residents <br />feel they have had enough time and been given <br />enough information concerning the development to <br />answer their questions and concerns. <br />Sandy Kroegh, 7827 Bona Road, asked the Council to <br />look further at setting a policy concerning blatant <br />violations of the wetland ordinance, something more <br />than grass clippings. <br />Motion/Second: Quick/Blanchard to approve Resolution <br />No. 2410, approving a wetland alteration permit for <br />SYSCO/Continental Minnesota, also known as the Miller <br />property, with a further condition that at the time <br />the northwest area is planned to be developed, it <br />is submitted for reevaluation of the storm water L <br />impact, and waive the reading. <br />5 ayes 0 naps Motion Carried <br />City Planner Herman reviewed proposed Resolution <br />10. Consideration <br />No. 2408. <br />of Resolution <br />No. 2408, PUD <br />Ron Peterson, of Barton -Ashman, reported he has <br />Concept Plan <br />baen in contact with the Corps of Engineers and <br />for SYSCO,' <br />the Fish and Wildlife Service concerning the <br />Minnesota <br />northwest corner of the p,:op:-ty, and both have <br />indicated their .approval. <br />Councilmember Hankner suggested adding to the <br />proposed resolution that approval would be contin- <br />gent upon a positive review of the EAW prepared by <br />the City. <br />Motion/Second: Hankner/Wuori to approve Resolution <br />No. 24 88, approving the concept plan for SYSCO/ <br />Continental Minnesota, Planning Case No. 253-88, and <br />waive the reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion Carri ' <br />
