lk a"m I <br />• <br />L <br />1.1 <br />RESOLUTION No. 2417 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIER' <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION RESCHEDULING CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS <br />FALLING ON LEGAL HOLIDAYS <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 2.01 of the Municipal Code calls for <br />regular meetings of the Mounds View City Council to occur on the <br />second and fourth Mondays of each month; and <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 2.03 of the Municipal Code calls for agenda <br />meetings of -the Mounds View City -Council to occur on the fir-ot <br />and third Mondays of each month; and <br />WHEREAS, certain Mondays in 1989 are dates recognized as <br />legal holidays, thus prohibiting an official meeting of the <br />Mounds View City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Mounds View City Council <br />to reschedule those meetings in conflict with legal holidays. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View that the following meeting dates ar: <br />rescheduled as shown: <br />Original Date <br />January 2, 1989 <br />January 16, 1939 <br />February 20, 1989 <br />September 4, 1989 <br />December 25, 1989 <br />Rescheduled Date <br />January 3, 1989 <br />January 17, 1989 <br />February 21, 1989 <br />September 5, 1989 <br />December 26, 1989 <br />Adopted this 12th day of December, 1988. <br />ATTEST: <br />Mayor <br />(SEAL) Clerk -Administrator <br />
