They are asking for concurrence that the project, if <br />feasible, proceed to completion; that the recomi,ianded consultant <br />be retained for design of the project; and that the Ci'-y of <br />Mounds View will reimburse Ramsey County the appropriate share of <br />the consultant fees. This project was previously listed in Ramsey <br />County's Capital. Improvement. Program as an non -programmed <br />project. The county is now desiring to construct this project in <br />1990. The intent of the project has not changed; that bei,iq the <br />realignment of County Road J slightly northerly in anticipation <br />of the construction of a grade separation for new T. H. 10. <br />I would recommend concurrence as the county request,)d with the <br />understanding that the City of Mounds View's share come from <br />Municipal State Aid funds. <br />
