r-� <br />L-A <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2421 <br />CITY OF 10UNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING POLLING PLACE FOR POSSIBLE <br />FUTURE SPECIAL PRIMARY AND <br />STATE LEGISLATIVE DISTRICT <br />ELECTIONS <br />WHEREAS, should a legislator representing a portion <br />of the City of Mounds View submit his resignation from the <br />State Legislature to Governor Perpiah; and <br />WHEREAS, should Governor Perpich issue a Writ of <br />Special Election requiring that a Special General and, <br />possibly a Special Primary Election, be held to elect an <br />individual to fill the vacancy created by the resignation; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said Special Election(s) will involve only <br />two precinc':s in the City of Mounds View; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City of Mounds View <br />to designate a polling place for said Special <br />Eltionsconduc(s) in <br />different from that normally used <br />forthe City of.
