SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT TO COOPERATION AGREEMENT FOR THE <br />COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLACK GRANT PROGRAM <br />THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by the County ol: Ramsey, State of Minnesota, <br />hereinafter referred to as the "County," and the City of <br />Housing and Redevelopment Authority, hereinafter <br />referred to as the "local BRA." <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, The County and City of _ , hereinafter <br />"City," have entered into a Joint Cooperation Agreement for the Ramsey County <br />Development Block Grant Program (to which this Supplemental Agreement is <br />attached); and <br />WHEREAS, The local HRA is a duly organized municipal housing and <br />redevelopment authority pursuant to V..inn. Stat. 462.411, et 3ee.i and <br />® WHEREAS, The County and the local BRA wish to clarify their relationship in <br />light of the aforementioned Join: Cooperation Agreement between the City and <br />County. <br />JOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual cow ants and agreements <br />contained herein, thr parties hereby ag-ee as follows: <br />1. The local HRA acknowledges and agrees to a bound by all terms and <br />conditions of the aforementioned J0nt Cooperation Agreement between the Count; <br />and the City insofar as it relates to the duties, _esponsibilities and <br />obligation) of the local RRA under Minn. Stut. 462.411, et sew <br />2. The County agrees to cooperate with the local HRA and coordinated <br />expenditure of any Community Development Block Grant funds which are expended <br />within the City to the extent necessary to accomplish specified project <br />objectives. <br />t <br />1 <br />
