RESOLUTION NO. 2392 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVIt4G OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />REQUEST BY RICHARD HANSON TO CONSTRUCT AN OVERSIZED <br />GARAGE AT 8075 SUNNYSIDE ROAD, PLANNING CASE NO. 249-88 <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Richard Hanson, 8011 Sunnyside Road, has <br />requested a conditional permit <br />allowuareffor the construction <br />of an oversized garage (up t <br />WHEREAS, Mounds View Municipal Code, Chapter 40.10; <br />Subdivision C(D) provides that the maximum size of a garage in an <br />R-1 District shall be 364 square feet unless a conditional use <br />permit is awarded by the City; and <br />WHEREAS, Mounds View Municipal Code, Chapter 40.10, <br />Subdivision D(6) A through F, provides a garage may be up to <br />1,264 sgv:t:e feet when said building is designed and maintained <br />to provide a uniform appearance with the priet nciple dwelling unit, <br />ry <br />and if the garage is over 1,000 square <br />building will be allowed on the lot; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View ?lanning Commission has reviewed <br />the applicant's request for a conditional use permit and <br />determines that it is in conformance with the aforementioned <br />conditions. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESuLVED that the City Counc:i of <br />the City of Mounds View approves <br />e£ a conditional <br />use permit to <br />allow for an oversized garage <br />feet <br />requested by Richard Hanson, 8075 Sunnyside Road, legally known <br />as Spring Lake Park Hillview, Lot 95, contingent upon the <br />following conditions: <br />orm <br />ttons <br />1 40e04, Subd. Fband d40-10ing ,,sSubd.1fC(1)wofhc the Zoning <br />Code. <br />f all <br />essory <br />2 cobinedge dings <br />two hundred <br />sixty-four (1,264) square feet. <br />3. The Codes states that if a garage square footage is <br />greater than one thousand (1,000) square feet, no <br />other accessory building is allowed. Therefore, the <br />site cannot hold any new storage structures as the <br />applicant currently has an accessory building of 96 <br />square feet. <br />
