This is a conservative estimate derived from user permits and organized leagues. This does not include drop -in, unorganized activity which occurs on a daily basis. Here is a list of organized activities: *Five softball tournaments at approximately 320 players per tournament equals 1,600 participants. Conservative estimation of spectators. City Hall softball fields accommodates 16 teams (or approximately 320 players) for league play on a weekly basis, for 12 weeks, Monday - Thursday ................... 7,680 City Hall fields were used by teams on Monday - Sunday an average of two practices/two fields, seven days per week for five weeks ........................................... 2,800 Saturday and Sunday practices, two per day/two fields for for six weeks ............................................ 960 Sandlot volleyball courts hosted the summer volleyball league and tournaments ................................... 256 The soccer field hosted five mites soccer teams, approximately 90 players and coaches, for games and practices ............................................ 1,440 City iiall fields hosted the "On the Ball" program ........ 360 **City Hall Park hosts the annual "Festival in the Park" celebration.
