Cali Lo Order <br />Mayor Linke at 7:04 PM on Monday, October 10, 1988. <br />The pledge of allegian.:e was said. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Ruori, Quack, <br />Blanchard, Hankner and Mayor Linke. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Karney, Clerk/ <br />Administrator Pauley and City. Planner Herman. <br />Motion/Second: Hankner/Wuori to apparove the Septem- <br />ber 26, 1988 mirules as presented. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Bill Fritr, 8072 Long Lake Road, asked how long it <br />would be until absentee ballets went out. <br />Clark/Administrator Pauley explained that is done at <br />a County level. They have not been printed yet and <br />he does not know their schedule. The City does, <br />however, have the applications for absentee ballots. <br />Mayor Linke closed the regular meeting and opened the <br />first public hearing at 7:06 PM. <br />City Planner Herman reviewed the request of the <br />aoDlicant to construct an c.-roiced garage. She <br />explained the Council had passed two ordinances this <br />past summer to allow garages greater than 864 s.f. <br />with a conditional use permit. She presented an <br />overhead map, showing the location of the lot within <br />the City, as well as the proposal for placement of <br />the garage on the lot. <br />City Planner Herman reviewed the conditions that <br />would be part of the permit, as well as all subsequent <br />permits for similar oversized garages.
