Resolution 10089 Continued <br /> 8. Upon satisfactory review of the prepared construction contract and documentation <br /> by the City Attorney, the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and <br /> directed, for and on behalf of the City, to execute and enter into said construction <br /> contract with Northwest Asphalt, Inc. <br /> 9.
