The panel selected candidate Kyle Smith, as the best <br /> fit for the position. <br /> Mr. Smith would be a member of the Public Works Collective Bargaining Unit, beginning at Grade 5, Step <br /> 1 of the 2025 pay plan, advancing to Step 2 on his six-month anniversary, and then advancing to Step 3 on <br /> his one-year anniversary. Staff and the HR Committee look forward to Mr. Smith joining the Public Works <br /> team.
