Introduction and First Reading of Ordinance 1038 Rezoning the Property at <br /> 12 2840 Mounds View Boulevard from B-2 Limited Business to B-3 Highway <br /> 13 Business. <br /> 14 <br /> 15 Assistant City Administrator Beeman requested the Council introduce an ordinance that would <br /> 16 rezone the property at 2840 Mounds View Boulevard from R-1 Single Family Residential to B-3 <br /> 17 Highway Business. He stated the rezoning was consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan.
