Introduction and First Reading of Ordinance 1038 Rezoning the Property at <br />2840 Mounds View Boulevard from B-2 Limited Business to B-3 Highway <br />Business. <br /> <br />Assistant City Administrator Beeman requested the Council introduce an ordinance that would <br />rezone the property at 2840 Mounds View Boulevard from R-1 Single Family Residential to B-3 <br />Highway Business. He stated the rezoning was consistent with the City’s Comprehensive Plan. He <br />reported the Planning Commission reviewed this matter and recommended the Council move <br />forward with the rezoning. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Meehlhause.
