91.01 <br />Subdivision 10. Establishment of Pound. <br />A <br />(1) The Council shall from time to time a�xpoint such �y <br />person, or persons or firms as the Council may deem necessary and <br />advisable as Community Servxcc Officer to work with the Police <br />Officers in the enforcement of this chapter and shall be vested <br />with all authority ccntcr-cA hereby.
