Clerk/Administrator Pauley <br />explained they are working on a final draft of the <br />agreement and they hope to have something ready in <br />early February. Report of <br />tion for legislative district 52A will consist of a Clerk/ <br />primary, if necessary, on Saturday, January 21 at City administrator <br />Hall from 7 AM to 8 PM, and then a general election on <br />Saturday, February 4, again at City Hall from 7 AM to <br />8 PM. He added the City will be handling absentee <br />ballots, anG he rill ask the Cruncii to call to order <br />at their next agenda session to appoint election judges. <br />Ile also stated they will be publicizing the election <br />as much as possible. <br />Clerk./Administrator Pauley reminded everyone of the <br />special City election, to fill the vacant Council seat, <br />which will be Tuesday, April 11 at the Bel Rae Ballroom <br />The term is for 1989 and 1990, and a write-up will be <br />in the next City newsletter. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley reported only four Public <br />Works employees had been available for plowing on <br />Saturday but they did a good job and were actually ahead <br />of what the County did. <br />Mayor Hankner reminded everyone that City hall would <br />IV be closed on Monday, January 16 in observance of Martin <br />Luther King day. The Council agenda session will be <br />held the evening of January 17, following the executive <br />session. <br />
