MEMO TO: MAYOR AND COUNCIL <br />FROM: MARY SAARION, DIRECTOR <br />PARKS, RECREATION AND FORESTRY <br />DATE: JANUARY 4, 1989 <br />SUBJECT: CONFIRMATION OF SNOWMOBILE <br />I received a telephone call today confirming the use of the Ramsey <br />County Showmobile. The date reserved was Sunday, September 17, <br />1989, our second choice or alternate date. So, it looks like <br />"Festival in the Park" will be held Sunday, September 17, 1989. If <br />it's agreeable, the Parks and Recreation Commission and staff will <br />begin to plan and schedule activities for this event. Does the <br />Council want input on planning or should we steamroll ahead and plan <br />the activities as was the case last year: <br />MS/S1, <br />LIW <br />
