A second choice would be Sunday, <br />September 17, 1989. <br />The City Council has decided to change the date of the annual <br />festival to September. In the past, the celebration has always <br />occurred during July. <br />Please Actify the City of the approved date as soon as possible so <br />that plans can begin.
