12/29/88 (REVISOR ) XX/MC 89-0652 <br />O1 board, however, the lobbyist shall continue to file the reports <br />2 or statements required by this subdivision even though the <br />3 lobbyist has ceased to lobby. <br />4 (b) The report must include the information required on the <br />5 lobbyist registration form by subdivision 1 and the following <br />6 information for the reporting period: <br />7 11) the lobbyist's total disbu:sements on lobbying and a <br />8 breakdown of those disbursements into categories specified by <br />9 the board, which must at least include disbursements for <br />;0 publications used in lobbying and their distribution; other <br />11 printing; media, including production costs; poste.gr- travel; <br />12 fees, including allowances; entertainment; telephone and <br />13 telegraph; and other expenses; <br />It 14 (2) the amount and nature of each honorarium, loan, item, <br />15 or benefit of substantial value, including a contribution as <br />16 defined by section 10A.01, subdivision 7, given or paid to a <br />17 public official or a candidate as defined by section 10A.01, <br />18 subdivision 5, by the lobbyist or an employer cr emplovee of the <br />19 lobbyist; the name and address o: the public official to which <br />20 it was paid or giver.; and the date on which it was paid or <br />21 given; and <br />22 (3) the original source and the amount of money in excess <br />23 of $300 in a year used for the purpose of lobbying, including <br />24 the name, address, and employer or, if self-employed, the <br />25 occupation and principal place of business, of each source. <br />26 If a lobbyist is an employee of the individual or <br />27 association fc: which the lobbyist lobbies, the lobbvist shall <br />28 _report, under clause (3), the compensation paid by the <br />29 individual or association. An employee of an individual or <br />30 association who devotes only part of the employae's time on the <br />31 job to lobbying for the individual or association need report <br />32 only the portion of compensation corresponding to the portion of <br />33 time spent in lobbying. <br />34 (c) If in a reporting period a lobbyist's reportable <br />35 disbursements total no more than $100 and no honorarium, gift, <br />36 loan, item, or benefit of substantial value was paid or_Civen to <br />15 <br />
