Discussion of <br />Rail Authority is an intergovernmental committee with- Appointment of <br />in Ramsey County to look at regional railroad authority Rep to Ramsey <br />issues. Since the meetings are at 4 PM in St. Paul, County Regional <br />Mayor Hankner agreed to be the rep, with Councilmember Rail Authority <br />Blanchard expressing willingness to serve as a back-up. <br />Clerk/Administrator Paul-., explained the City has a 10. Approval of <br />contract with Ramsey County for recycling, and this Recycling Con - <br />renewal. will go through 1989. Pick-up will go to twice tract with <br />a month, beginning in April, and will be publicized as Ramsey County <br />much as possible. for 1989 <br />Motion/Second: Quick/Blanchard to authorize the Mayor <br />To enter into a contract with the County of Ramsey, for <br />recycling, in the amount of $57;196. <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion Carried <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley explained the proposed reso- 11.
