Since the meetings are at 4 PM in St. Paul, County Regional <br />Mayor Hankner agreed to be the rep, with Councilmember Rail Authority <br />Blanchard expressing willingness to serve as a back-up. <br />Clerk/Administrator Paul-., explained the City has a 10.
