He <br />recommended that City Planner Herman, Public Works <br />Director Minetor and Park and Rec Director Saarion do <br />the actual analysie, <br />Councilmember Quick suggested that three lots which are <br />land locked cou:d be used as a tree farm for the City. <br />Attorney Karney explained the value listed is usually <br />the amount of expenses owned on that piece of property <br />including taxes and interest. Report of <br />agenda, for the report of Staff members, to open up Staff Members <br />discussion in a round -table format. <br />Park Director Saarion reported the Park and Rec <br />Commission would be meeting on January 26 in the <br />Council chambers and everyone was invited. <br />Public Works Director Minetor reported the Environ- <br />mental Quality Task Force would be meeting on January <br />10 at 7 PM at City Hall. He also reported the Minnesota <br />version of underground storage tank guidelines is pro- <br />ceeding through the PCA, and he would be attending a <br />meeting on it this week. <br />Public Works Foreman Ulrich reported Staff had done a <br />good job with the snow plowing. <br />Dawn Schnickles, a candidate for the House of Represen- <br />tatives seat recently vacated, stated she had attended <br />a fund raiser earlier in the evening and she would <br />appreciate any support. She added they need a good <br />voter turnout. <br />
