E <br />n <br />U <br />11 <br />RESOLUTICN NO. 2445 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1989 LONG TERM FINANCIAL PLAN <br />AND 1990 BUDGET CALENDARS <br />WHEREAS, the City Charter prescribes the requirements <br />for a Budget Calendar under 7.04; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the requirements of <br />that section - 7.04 and determined the following: <br />10 March 1989 - Department Heads submit Public <br />Service Programs to Finance <br />Department <br />20 March 1989 - Draft of Public Service Program <br />submitted to Council <br />03 April 1989 - Department Heads submit Capital <br />Improvements Program to Finance <br />Director <br />17 April 1989 - Draft of Capital Improvements <br />Program submitted to Council <br />Week of, April 24, 1989 - Department Heads first round <br />budget hearings with Finance <br />Director <br />01 May 1989 - LTFP submitted to Council <br />15 May 1989 - Revenue Estimates submitted to <br />Council <br />15 May 1989 - First draft of Budget submitted to <br />Council <br />22 Mai 1989 - Public Hearing on LTFP <br />Week of May 22, 1989 - Department Heads second round <br />budget hearings with Finance <br />Director <br />19 June 1989 - Second draft of Budget submitted <br />to Council <br />17 July 1989 - Proposed Budget submitted to <br />Council <br />
