He explained <br />he has drafted a letter to the Chairman of the <br />Charter Commission, outlining the comments prepared. <br />Mayor Hankner staled the capital planning and <br />strategic planning for parks and health and human <br />services planning seen. to be okay, but she feels <br />that zoning decisions belong with the City, not <br />with the County.
