&b. ,., i o <br />QiRDINANCE NO. 455 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 32 OF THE MOUNDS <br />VIEW MUNICIPAL CODE ENTITLED, "THE PLANNING COMMISSION" <br />The City Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby <br />ordain: <br />SECTION I. Chapter 32.02, (1) is hereby amended as <br />follow, <br />Subdivision 1. Appointed Members, Terms of Office. The <br />Planning and Zoning Commission shall consist of not Tess than <br />seven nor more than nine members from the resident population of <br />Mounds View, other than persons elected to a public body, to be <br />appointed by the Mayor with approval of the City Council from <br />applications submitted.
