MEMO TO: MAYOR AND CITY COUNC L <br />FROM: CLERK-ADMINISTRATO 6�f <br />DATE: FEBRUARY 27, 1989 <br />SUBJECT: CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY FOR MOUNDS VIEW <br />BUSINESS PARK BUILDING G (TRANS HEALTH <br />BUILDING) <br />Attached please find a. memorandum from Building Official Jim <br />Tobias recommending that a full Certificate of Occupancy be <br />issued for Building G of Mounds View Business Park <br />contingent upon completion of the finishing work as <br />identified by the Building Official. <br />I would anticipate that we will shortly after the approval <br />of this Certificate of Occupancy be receiving a request from <br />the buy -down of the land or, which this building has been <br />constructed. The buy -down for Building G will be in the <br />amount of $1,223,891,000. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends approval of the Occupancy Certificate for <br />Building G contingent upon completion of the finishing work <br />as identified by the Building Official. <br />DFP/MJS <br />Attachment: Memo dated 2/23/89 from Building Official Jim <br />Tobias to Clerk -Administrator Pauley <br />11 <br />
