ORDINANCE NO. 461 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />BY AMENDING CHAPTER 100 ENTITLED, "INTOXICATING <br />The City Council of. the City of Mounds View does <br />hereby ordain: <br />SECTION I. Chapter 100.08 is amended as follows: <br />toy (9) <br />No licensee shall permit the licensed <br />premises or any room in those premises <br />or in any adjoining building where <br />directly or indirectly under his to be <br />used as a resort for prostitutes. <br />J%J (10) No licensee shall employ a minor to <br />sell, furnish, or deliver liquor. <br />�xqJ (1_) No equipment or fixture in any licensed <br />place shall be owned in whole or in part <br />by any manufacturer or distiller of <br />intoxicating liquor. <br />(yXJ (12) No licensee shall sell, offer for sale, <br />or keep for Fale, intoxicating liquors <br />in any original package which has been <br />refilled or partly refilled. No <br />licensee shall directly or through any <br />other person dilute or in any manner <br />tamper with the contents of any original <br />package so as to change its composition <br />or alcoholic content while in the <br />original package. Possession on the <br />licensed premises by a licensee of any <br />intoxicating liquor in the original <br />package differing in composition or <br />alcoholic content from the liquor when <br />received from the manufacturer or whole- <br />saler from whom it was purchased shall <br />
