The consultants for this <br />project would be Barbara Arney and John Vintor, consultants <br />under contract to GTS. <br />Process <br />The steps associated with the process would include: <br />1. consultants would conduct interviews with council and <br />staff <br />2. consultants would identify survey instrument for the <br />city to distribute; consultants will tabulate and <br />interpret results <br />3. upon completion of the interpretction analysis, the <br />consultants would meet with the council to present <br />recommendations <br />Costs <br />The costs associated with the management audit process would <br />be: <br />I. Interviews: 36 hours at s75/hour $2,700 <br />2. Conducting climate survey (includes obtaining <br />survey, processing and interpreting results <br />and developing a recommendation 2,100 <br />3. Final meeting with council.
