Five (5) tree removal firms submitted bids. <br />TasL-rasters, Inc. o1 Blaine was the low tabulated bidder. <br />The actual tabulation of bids was based upon the application of <br />the 1988 summary of trees, wood, and stumps removed (appendix A <br />of the 195II specifications) to the appropriate figures submitted <br />by each bidder. It should be noted that this tabulation <br />represents the combination of work from both New Brighton and <br />Mounds View. <br />The following lists the bidding firms and their totals: <br />$45,836.70 <br />Taskmasters, Inc.
