hounds View City CouncilF" <br />Regular Meeting r , 6f 1 /� `[�,r March 27, 1989 <br />--ui 1 V f{ D Page Six <br />F <br />Public Works Director Minetor stated they will be <br />receiving the Ardan Avenue drainage plan freaa SEH on <br />April 3 and will be reporting on the 509 plan also, <br />at the agenda session. <br />It was decided to haYe Public Kvrks Director hinetor <br />provide copies of the current map and :,ighlight the <br />areas in question, for the City Council and Planning <br />Commission to use in their joint meetings until the <br />updated base map is available. 12 copies will be <br />needed on April 1. <br />Public Works Director Minetor reported a number of <br />calls had been received concerning flooding in yards, <br />and that information will be needed in doing the 509 <br />plan. He stated that any resident with a problem <br />Should let the City know, He added the City will pump <br />a yard if it is a threat to the home. He stated they <br />would also like photos taken and sent to the City. <br />Mayor Hankner requested Public Works Director Xinetor <br />to check with the houses on Pleasant View Drive north <br />Of Highway 10, concerning flooding problems, as they <br />had stated last year that the City would look into it. <br />Public Works Director Minetor reported the public <br />f <br />works software should be delivered by the end o <br />this week and should be fully functional within the <br />next two weeks. <br />Councilmember WUOri had no report. <br />17. Hankner reported a request should be expected <br />at <br />at a later date from the Youth Service <br />Han}-sier <br />Bureau, in <br />conjunction with the funds the City has available <br />and is <br />using for the speaker on recycling at Sunnyside. <br />Councilmeunber Wuori reoortc_" that Pinewood is attempt- <br />ing to coordinate this with <br />Sunnyside and do their <br />program on recycling and have the <br />tilee. speaker at the same <br />Mayor Hankner reported that one member who was recently <br />appointed to the Charter <br />Commission has decided not to <br />serve... <br />
