Jy <br />MEMO TO: MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL <br />toN FROM: CLERK-ADMINISTRATq� <br />DATE: APRIL 5, 1989 I111 <br />SUBJECT: CHARBONNEAU ADDITION DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />SECURITIES <br />Mr. Richard Charbonneau, the developer of the Charbonneau <br />Addition, has requested that the City release the $4,000 in <br />savings certificates provided to the City by Mr. Charbonneau <br />as security for Development Agreement No. 81-46. City <br />Engineer Ric Minetor has reviewed the project and determined <br />that the improvements have been completed and recommends <br />acceptance of the work at this time. Based upon the <br />findings of the City Engineer I am recommending that Council <br />accept the project and authorize release of the $4,000 in <br />securities. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends acceptance of the Richard Charbonneau <br />Addition improvements and the release of the $4,000 in <br />securities provided as part of the requirements of <br />Development Agreement No. 81-46. <br />DFP/MJS <br />41' <br />
