Mounds View City Council March 27, 1981 <br />Regular Meeting Page Two <br />and she has not had an opportunity to discuss it <br />further with the Council. 1 <br />Mr. McCarty stated the letters would be for his <br />personal information only, and he would like all <br />the information he can get. <br />Mayor Hankner stated she would be happy to provide <br />copies once everything is together. <br />Mr. McCarty also explained that concerns had been <br />expressed with the budgeting process with the County <br />Board, and he advis d that close to 91-92% of the <br />County's budget is mandated in one way or another. <br />Alice Frits, 8072 Long Lake Road, stated a plane had <br />come in at tree top level on March 26, and she called <br />to complain, at 726-9411. <br />Mayor Hankner commented that the number should be <br />published again in the newsletter. <br />Mr. McCarty asked the Council to look at the next <br />capital improvement plan from the County and let him <br />know their thoughts. <br />Councilmember Quick clarified that Mr. McCarty would ;e <br />like to hear from residents, especially written com- <br />ments. <br />Manor Hankner closed the regular meeting and opened <br />6.
