Permitted. It shall be lawful to <br />raise not more than two animals, as herein defined <br />keep at <br />Private property of the owner of said animals except owhere such <br />animals shall constitute a public nuisance. <br />Subdivision 3. Definitions. <br />(1) "Owner" means any person, firm or corporation owning, <br />harboring or keeping a wild animal. <br />(2) "At large" means off the premises of the owner. <br />(3) "Wild animal" means any animal or reptile which, in <br />its uncaptured wild or undomesticated state, has the physical <br />capacity to be dangerous to the safety and welfare of any person. <br />
