ORDINANCE NO. 466 <br />PAGE TWO <br />its effective period, rhall replace and supersede provisions <br />of all other ordinances and regulations applicable to the <br />City of Mounds View which are in conflict or are <br />inconsistent with the provisions herein. All ordinances and <br />provisions therein which are not in conflict with the terms <br />and conditions of this ordinance shall continue in full <br />force and effect. <br />Section IV. Scope of Control. Except as herein- <br />after provided in this ordinance, during the period <br />following the effective date of this ordinance: <br />(a) Neither the Planning Commission of the City <br />nor the City Council shall grant any <br />preliminary approval to a subdivision plat, <br />site plan or other development map or <br />application, regardless of the fart that such <br />subdivision pidt, site plan or other <br />development map or application has been <br />submitted prior to the effective date of this <br />ordinance, for any subdivision or development <br />lying wholly or partially within the Interin <br />Ordinance District. <br />For the purpose of this regulation, a subdivision shall be <br />iREk defined as the division of an area, parcel, tract of land <br />R� into two (2) or more lots, tracts or parcels, for the <br />purpose of transferzing ownership or establishing a building <br />site. <br />(b) No building or structure shall be constructed <br />or erected, nor shall any building or zoning <br />permit be issued by the City of Mounds View for <br />the construction or erection of any building or <br />structure on any lot or lots or property lying <br />wholly or partially within the Interim <br />Ordinance District. <br />Section V. Exceptions. This ordinance shall not <br />apply to the issuance of any building or zoning permits by <br />the City of Mounds View in the following instances, provided <br />that the application meets all other applicable laws, rules, <br />regulations and ordinances governing and applicable to the <br />effective areas: <br />(a) To perform work relating to the repair and/or <br />maintenance of any unlawful use of land <br />existing on the date of adoption of this <br />ordinance, or to make any existing building or <br />structure conform or compiy with any other <br />® applicable laws, rules or regulations. <br />
