RESOLUTION NO. 2509 <br />CITY OF MOUND VIEW <br />COUNTY OF PAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CLERK-ADMINISTRAI'OR <br />AND MAYOR TO EXECUTE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT NO. 89-90 <br />WITH DYNAMIC DESIGNERS <br />WHEREAS, Mounds View Code, Section 59.07, requires a <br />development review of the proposed residential fourplex requested by <br />Dynamic Designers; and <br />WHEREAS, Mounds View Zoning Code, Section 48 requires a <br />wetlands alteration permit to build in the buffer zone of a wetland; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the <br />Proposed residential development and wetland alteration permit request, <br />and the recommended action of the Planning Commission; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />City Council authorizes its Clerk -Administrator and Mayor to execute <br />Development Agreement No. 89-90 pursuant to direction found above. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Adopted this loth day of July, 1989. <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
