No. 2491 <br />Motion/Second: Quick/Paone to approve Resolution <br />No. 2491, approving the modification of Development <br />District No. 2 and the development program relating <br />thereto and modifying Tax Increment Financing <br />District No. 1 and approving the modified tax <br />increment financing plan relating thereto, and <br />waive the reading. <br />4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Mayor Hankner stressed that even though the Council <br />is adopting the resolution, they are not approving <br />the project or tax increment financing at this time. <br />Attorney Kerney had no report. 25. Councilmember <br />Panne <br />Councilmember <br />Quickhad no resort. <br />Councilmember <br />Quick <br />Mayor Hankner <br />reported the Charter Commission met <br />last week and <br />discussed student membership.
