SAUER <br />DEVELCP,.,ENT AGR8EMENT 76-6 <br />Walter Bauer received approval from the City of Mounds View <br />in 1976 to construct a duplex on Woodlawn Drive. It <br />recently came to the attention of the City staff that the <br />City still holds bcth the Development Agreement and storm <br />water pending maintenance securities for this project even <br />though the project has been approved and the seven year <br />period for holding the securities for the maintenance of the <br />storm water ponds has expired. Therefore, staff is <br />recommending that Council authorize refund of the $2,000 in <br />securities for this project. <br />DFP/MJS <br />
