RESOLUTION NO. 2492 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF 14INNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A WETLAND ALTERATION PERMIT FOR <br />EVEREST DEVELOPMENT, MOUNDS VIEW BUSINESS PARK SOUTH <br />Eve <br />WHEREAS, the Developer, eesmitDlotoecarrynout has <br />gradingework <br />approval of a wetland alteration p Business <br />associated with the development proposal for Mounds View Busi <br />Park South; and Staff, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, Planning Commission, City <br />have reviewed this <br />and the City's EnginePrina Consultant <br />development request; and <br />WHEREAS, this development must conform to the requirements <br />of Chapters 48 and 49A because this development is in a wetland <br />zoning district; and <br />tall <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 48.05, Subd. 5 A, within a wetlands zoning <br />proposed <br />the ubdivided following: <br />lyin <br />district tog <br />A. Minimum lot size - 20,000 square feet <br />- B.
