RESOLUTION NO. 2501 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE CONCEPT PLAN AND <br />DEVELOPMENT STAGE, MOUNDS VIEW BUSINESS PARK SOUTH, <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT, PLANNING CASE NO, 199-86 <br />WHEREAS, Everest Development has requested general concept <br />and development stage approval to construct three buildings as <br />follows: <br />Building H 74,998 square feet <br />Building I 123,648 square feet <br />Building J 72,312 square feet <br />The site is located at the southwest intersection of Highway 10 <br />and Woodale Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, the Developer of this development, as requested, <br />requires the following approvals: <br />1. General Concept Plan <br />2. Development Stage <br />3. Final Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the Developer shall enter into a development <br />agreement with the City of Mounds View; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission and City Council have <br />reviewed the Staff recommendation and information submitted by <br />the applicant which includes the following: <br />1. Boundary and topography survey received February 3, <br />1989. <br />2. Preliminary plat dated January 6, 1989. <br />1. Site plan dated December 30, 1988. <br />4. Mounds View wetland boundary received February 3, <br />1989. <br />5. Army Corps of Engineers wetland boundary received <br />February 3, 1989. <br />6. Preliminary grading, drainage and erosion control plan <br />dated January 9, 1989. <br />7. Preliminary utility plan dated January 9, 1989. <br />S. Landscape :caster Plan dated December 29, 1988. <br />9. Wetland Enhancement Plan (no date) <br />10. Extension of proposed Trailway Plan dated December 28, <br />1988. <br />11.
