Report of <br />:.ttorney <br />Park Director Saarion reported there had been a 16. Report of <br />change in ownership of the company that prints Staff Members <br />the City's newsletter, and it is now Lake <br />Printing, and they have requested the City give <br />them payment upon receipt of the brochures, and <br />she requested Council authorization of a <br />direct expenditure of $1,700. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley explained the company <br />was close to filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy <br />and they are trying to improve their cash flow <br />situation. <br />lotion/Second: Hankner/Paone to pay Lake Printing <br />in the amount of $1,700.00 for printing of the <br />City newsletter. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Councilmember Quick had no report. 17. Councilmember <br />Mayor Hankner recommended adopting a schedule of Paone <br />dates for joint Planning Commission and City Mayor <br />Council meetings, as well as scheduling the Hankner <br />meeting with Srondala. <br />
