MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION rn <br />RESOLUTION NO. 250-89 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING KPPROVAL OF A PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT AND TWO CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS FOR EVEREST <br />DEVELOPMENT'S TACO BELL AND KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN <br />RESTAURANTS, PLANNING CASE NOS. 264-89 AND 265-89 <br />WHEREAS, Everest Development has requested approval of a <br />Planned Unit Development and two conditional use permits to allow <br />Taco Bell and Kentucky Fried Chicken Restaurants at the property <br />located at the southeast corner of Highway 10 and Quincy Street, <br />legally known as Lot 1, Block 5, Mounds View Business Park; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br />applicant's request for a planned unit development and <br />conditional use permits and determines that it is in conformance <br />with Chapters 40 and 42 of the City Code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning <br />Commission of the City of Mounds View recommends approval of the <br />planned unit development and two conditional use permit requests <br />9y Everest Development for Taco Bell and Kentucky Fried Chicken <br />Restaurants contingent upon the following: t� <br />1. The planned unit development site plan, landscape <br />plan, grading, drainage and utility plan, lighting <br />plan, and the conditional use permit resolution shall <br />be recorded with Ramsey County. <br />2. The developer must enter into and sign a development <br />contract with the City. <br />3. The commercial condominicm agreement must be presented <br />to the City and subsequently recorded with Ramsey <br />County. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City <br />Council prior to approval of the minutes. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Adopted this 3rd day of May, 1989. <br />Chairman <br />C5.ty planner <br />
