He stated these <br />payments would be consistent with the City's legal <br />obligations. <br />Motion/Second: Hankrer/Quick to approve the payment <br />`,'`,of $3,000.00 to Moody's Investors Services, $20,847.81 <br />to Springsted, and $1,117,775.53 to SYSCO/MN, to <br />come from the SYSCO tax increment financing fund. <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley reviewed the request of 14 <br />Richard Charbonneau for the release of the $4,000 <br />in securities provided for Development Agreement <br />No. 81-46.
