Mounds View City Council <br />Regular Meeting <br />Iftmotion/Second: Quick/Blanchard to refer the <br />application and wetland alteration permit request <br />to the Environmental Quality Task Force, and set <br />an informational meeting for May 8, 1989 at <br />7:15 PM. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Attorney Karney had no report. <br />Park Director Saari -on reported there had been a <br />change in ownership of the company that prints <br />the City's newsletter, and it is now Lake <br />Printing, and they have requested the City give <br />them payment upon receipt of the bruchuras, and <br />she requested Council authorization of a <br />direct expenditure of $1,700. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley explained the company <br />was cluse to filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy <br />and they are trying to improve their cash flow <br />situation. <br />Motion/Second: Hankner/Paone to pay Lake Printing <br />in the amount of $1,700.00 for printing of the <br />City newsletter. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Councilmember Quick had no report. <br />Councilmember Blanchard had no report. <br />Councilmember Wuori had no report. <br />Councilmember Paone had no report. <br />Mayor Hankner recommended adopting a schedule of <br />dates for joint Planning Commission and City <br />Council meetings, as well as scheduling the <br />meeting with Irondale. <br />April 24, 1989 <br />Page Seven <br />Motion Carried <br />15.
