BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council') of the City of Mounds View, Minnesota (the "City'), as follows; Section 1. PubEe Hearing. This Council shall meet on Monday, June 12, 1969, at approximately 7:00 p.m., to hold a public hearing on the following matters: (a) the proposed modification to the boundaries of the City's Development District No. 2, (b) the proposed modification of Tax Increment Financing District No. 1 therein, and (c) the proposed adoption of a Modified Tax Increment Financing Plan and Fro;ram relating thereto, all pursuant to and in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.t24 to 469.134, as amended and Minnesota Statutes, Sect ons 469.174 to 469,179, Inclusive, as amended.
